Description: Teesside Park £42m makeover, It's one of the UK's busiest retail schemes and it's set to look very different once its biggest overhaul in almost 30 years goes ahead. Owners British Land are hoping their major overhaul will “secure the long term future” of the park as the area prepares to welcome several big new shopping schemes - all within driving distance of Teesside. Part of the main customer car park will become the new pedestrianised food and shopping area known as "The Spark". This is where our Custom Play Screen takes centre stage, Corten frame with Opepe Cubes on grade 316 stainless steel spindles.
